Unit powers on, all touch keys work, printer advances, drawer opens by touch key prompt as it should, program key included, drawer key is not included. Also has manual drawer un-latch on bottom. Does not have battery cover or paper spindle but spindle is easily substituted, replaced, or can be used without. No guarantee on the $7 printer head, may need to be replaced, did not test.
