Made for 40cm dolls. Can be worn by MDD. I believe the doll models are 1/4 scale Myou Doll. 

Details from artist: This is a set for 40cm dolls, made by hand one by one, consisting of a gorgeous kimono top with flowing sleeves and an easily removable elastic skirt. Sized for dolls around 40cm (1/4 size). [Set contents] ・Top・Skirt・Ribbon
