This is brand spanking new, old stock, never assembled, with instructions on front of box.  While it is new, I am not sure, there may have been a rolling pin that was to go on the bottom .  No evidence of one existing here.  This is meant to be hung on the wall as there are screw holes on the backside.  Last image is for reference only, shows one similar assembled, but sitting on the counter top.
