Butterick pattern 5617, dated 1991, for a misses' suit in sizes 6/8/10.  This is a multi-sized pattern that has been cut for the size 10.  This will fit a misses' with the following measurements: 

(Size 6 - Bust-30.5, Waist-23, Hip-32.5)

(Size 8 - Bust-31.5, Waist-24, Hip-33.5)

(Size 10 - Bust-32.5, Waist-25, Hip-34.5) 

Semi fitted top has shoulder pads, princess seams, hemline slits and long sleeves.  Semi fitted, straight skirt, below mid knee has waistband and back zipper and hemline vent.  The pattern is has been used is in good condition and is complete with the instructions.
