Directions for use:
For oral use. Adults, the elderly, children over 12 years and pregnant women (second trimester onwards). For prevention of iron-deficiency anaemia, take one capsule daily or as prescribed by the physician. For the treatment of iron-deficiency anaemia, take one capsule twice daily or as prescribed by the physician.

Precautions:
Always read the label/leaflet enclosed. Do not exceed the stated dose. To be taken orally. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients. Keep the container tightly closed. Keep out of reach and sight of children as overdose may be fatal. Not suitable for children under 12 years. Prolonged use should be under medical supervision. Galfer may make your stools darker than usual, this is normal.
