It features Thomas the Tank Engine as the character and is made of plastic material. This action figure is perfect for collectors and fans of the Thomas & Friends franchise, with its talking and light-up features adding an extra element of playability. It was manufactured in the period of 2010-2019 and is not considered vintage.

Some have had corroded batteries but have been cleaned and are working.
