Simply lovely antique genuine cameo in a silver frame marked sterling and tested.  The cameo is 1 5/8” high with a prong set marcasite on each side.  The bale has been added and is not sterling.  It goes wonderfully with the pendant but could be easily removed.  

I have added a 17.5" sterling silver box chain marked IBB from Indonesia.  The closure is a circle catch.  I have not cleaned the chain and the patina enhances the look.
