This is a vintage Wedgwood Queen’s Ware Moreton Old Hall blue and white plate. This plate measures 10 ¾” in diameter.  It is in wonderful condition without any chips, cracks or crazing. I only see a couple very light short utensil marks. This does not appear to have been used much if at all. It is marked on the back:
