The BRACE SEAL can lift thin materials

Introducing the BRACE SEAL fit for the NEMO GRABO and GRABO PRO. The Brace Seal is a new replacement seal for GRABO tools and specifically designed with thin materials in mind. This new low-profile seal has a full silicon footprint that will be pressed firmly up against the material inside the vacuum chamber you`re using the GRABO on so that there is a "brace" that prevents your material from getting sucked into the GRABO too much, which might result in your material popping, bending, or breaking. This new Brace Seals filled in high-friction silicon footprint also creates a strong grip that prevents your material from slipping away from the tool. For instance, if the user is carrying a material in a vertical position, there will be less chance of the material slipping down because the silicon in the middle pressed firmly against the material won’t allow any movement.

GRABO is the first ever electric portable vacuum lifter. This useful tool was created through an idea developed from a rock-climbing trip that the founder of NEMO POWER TOOLS (Nemo Rotem) was on. A desire built within him to make an object that could attach to multiple surfaces securely, whether slightly porous or uneven. SHIPPING AND HANDLING

  • FREE Shipping to U.S. Mainland addresses only.
  • We do not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii; however, we do ship to those locations. Enter your zip code under the Shipping and Payments tab to get your rate.
  • We do offer International Shipping on this Item through the Global Shipping Program.
  • When the product has been paid for, we will submit the order to be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Shipping time may vary due to your requested delivery location.
  • Your order will be processed within 24 hours; however, it may take up to 5-7 business days from a warehouse. Most items are shipped via FedEx, USPS, and UPS.
  • You will receive a shipping update email containing a tracking number. You may also find the tracking number of your order in the "My" tab.
  • If your package arrives damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us. If the shipping company has left before you realize the package is damaged, contact us immediately. Concealed damages must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt.
  • All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If the buyer provides an incorrect address or refuses delivery, the original actual shipping cost will be deducted from any monies refunded.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon your receipt of said package. If there is obvious visible damage to the package, please document it with photos or video if possible. These will be requested to help settle any claim with the carrier.

Please provide the order number, the damaged or defective item, and your name, email address, shipping address, and a good daytime phone number.

Keep the product until we notify you with instructions. If you return a damaged order directly to us, you may jeopardize our ability to settle claims with the carrier. If a damage claim is compromised because you (the customer) return all or part of a shipment, we may deduct a loss percentage up to and including the full purchase price of the order.

30 Day Return Policy

We accept returns on items that are in NEW and UNOPENED condition for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days from the consumer purchase date.  If opened, item must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

Return items must be in the original unused and or uninstalled condition.

Used or installed items will be subject to a 15-50% restocking fee if the item cannot be resold as new.

For any defective items within 30 days of the purchase date please contact the seller.  We will provide you instructions and contact information for technical support so an appointment can be scheduled for troubleshooting of your issues. 

If your product is deemed defective and the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, EccoTemp will provide an RMA for the defective product to be returned and a replacement item or refund will be issued immediately.


Items returned due to buyer remorse do not qualify for free returns and buyer must return the item at their own expense.

Returned items damaged by the buyer will be subject to partial withholding of refund or rejection of return claim.
By entering into a transaction for this item buyer agreed to be bound by the terms of the above return policy and acknowledged that this is a legal and binding contract.

Any attempting to get around the return shipping by claiming "Item Not as Described or Defective" will be reported.


International Buyers – Please Note:

All Import duties, taxes and charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please Note, if you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, you must do so before it has shipped. We normally process the orders within 24 hours upon cleared payment with the exceptions of Sundays and Holidays.

If your package has been tendered to the shipping partner, we will attempt to have it redirected back to the warehouse. However, if there is a redirection fee, you will be responsible for that cost in addition to the original shipping expense. 

Your other option is that you must take delivery and our normal return policy will go into effect.
All shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Good Communication is Important!

If you select the "BUY IT NOW" button more than once or by accident and you do not want this item, you need to send us a message.
We will be most willing to work with you to straighten any issues out.
However, if you select the "BUY IT NOW" button with no intention of completing your portion of the transaction and do not make any attempt to contact us within 3 days of said purchase, we will open a "Non-Paying Buyer" case with.

We WILL get our Final Value Fees back and you WILL get a NEGATIVE mark on your account.
