This dress appears to be from the 1960s to early 1970s, a time when feminine and romantic styles were popular in both casual and formal wear.

Era & Style Characteristics:
Late 1960s to Early 1970s: The combination of sheer fabric, ruffles, and lace-like textures aligns with the prairie and bohemian influences of the era.
Mod & Romantic Style: The fitted silhouette with a shorter hemline suggests a transition from the mod styles of the '60s to the more romantic, Victorian-inspired looks of the '70s.

Description:
This is a vintage pink mini dress featuring a sheer, open-knit or lace-like fabric over a solid lining. The deep V-neckline is adorned with ruffles, and a decorative ribbon adds a feminine touch. The long sleeves are also sheer with ruffled cuffs, reinforcing the soft, delicate aesthetic. The overall design is flirty and elegant, making it suitable for evening wear or special occasions.

This dress is a great representation of the late '60s/early '70s love for textured fabrics, delicate details, and a romantic-meets-mod fusion. It's a standout piece for collectors or vintage fashion lovers!
