Procedures:

1. Customer pays USD150 Deposit. The deposit can be used to offset future amounts.

2. Customers give us the floor plans with all measurements.

3. Our Designers will draft the pictures of the areas for customers to review.

4. We sign contract.

5. Within 3 days, customer pay 50% of the amount before we ship the materials and tools to your location by Sea.

6. It takes about 2 months to arrive your location.

7. After the materials and tools have arrived your location, please pay 25% of the amount.

8. After receiving the 25% amount, our staff will go to your location for installation Works.

9. It takes about 7-8 days for the Works to complete.

10. 3 days before our staff have completed all the installation works, customers pay the rest of the balance 25% of the amount.

11. During the 12 months warranty period, if our engineers needs to go to your side for repairs and maintenance, customers pay the transportation and accommodation costs of our Engineers which is USD1200 + USD200 per day per engineer.
