Jack Hooks is an ex-cop who has been set up by his corrupt former partner and jailed on drug charges. Yanked out of prison with an early release deal by the DEA, he is sent on a suicide mission into the marijuana smuggling underworld. He has got to make one big run through narrow channel that flows between Cuba and Mexico, known as The Eye and into the heart of the violent Colombian drug trade to bring down his former partner and his accomplices.
