Antioch mint. Struck AD 238-239.
Obverse: IMP CAES M ANT GORDIANVS AVG, radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Gordian III right.
Reverse: VICTO-R-I-A AVG, Victory advancing left, holding wreath and palm.
NGC Certified and Graded AU ~ (About Uncirculated). die shift. Bright untoned silver, much brighter/cleaner than images suggest--much nicer in hand! Attractive portrait.
