No Specials Eternal Sailormoon Japanese set of BANDAI commons from 1996. These are not stickers. Cards 1-3 were special cards and are not included in this set. Common set is cards 4 through 21. 18 cards total.

These cards were for vending machines in Japan. I have made the sets and they have had no other owner.
