This Toshiba Betamax VCR Player V-M42 is perfect for those looking to repair or use for parts. It is a Beta Betacord BII/BIII and has 2 heads for playback. The unit powers on, accepts tape but the cassette symbol flashes red. I press play it turns green the after a few second the green light on the play button turns off. Doesn’t appear to fast forward or reverse. I also was unable to get a picture on the tv but that maybe because of me not plugging it into tv correctly. Strictly a parts/repair unit!
