This is Jan Jan by The Fabulous Counts, released in 1969 on Cotillion Records (SD 9011). The album is still in its original shrink wrap with vintage price stickers attached. There is a cutout in the upper right corner, with some shrink wrap tearing and light wear in that area. The cover remains vibrant with minimal overall wear. The vinyl inside is presumed to be in excellent condition as it remains sealed.
