We only ship this electric hot tub to the lower 48 states and do not combine shipping or offer local pickup. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO'S. Do not hesitate to contact us for whatever you want!
 
Return Information
 
We stand by every product we sell. We will do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase. Still, if, for some reason, you're not satisfied within the first 30 days after receiving the product, we will refund your money or send a replacement item. 
 
We will refund your money, excluding return shipping charges when there is a remorse return case such as Just didn't like it, Doesn't fit; Found a better price, and all other reasons not related to the item's quality.
 
We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it by a shipping carrier that offers tracking services, such as USPS Certified Mail, UPS, or FedEx.
