Parker who worked on many pulp magazines -Feature on Anna Ella Carroll who was considered a secret member of President Lincoln's cabinet during the Civil War -Stephen Crane -Piece missing from front cover at top of spine-damage goes into several pages which are missing a small amount of paper mostly border area. Story text OK -Rare early pulp horror -Impossible to find!!
