This antique Griswold Erie #9 cast iron skillet from the 5th series of 1905-1907 is a must-have for any collector. The skillet is an estate find and features an inset heat ring and measures 16 1/4 inches in length and 11 3/8 inches in diameter. Its round shape, black color, and cast iron material make it compatible with induction, electric, and gas stove types. It does sit flat with no wobble.

This Griswold skillet/griddle weighs 4 pounds and is an original piece, manufactured during the 1905-1907 time period. The model number is 711H I think, a few of the numbers are hard to read. The vintage item is in good condition and is sure to be a wonderful addition to any collection.
