Cap looks and works good. It is slip on type cap.  

Cap is good quality it fits lens perfectly. It is not loose. 

It will fit Canon AUX 55mm wide angle lenses. It is slightly larger then 72mm rim. ID is 75mm. So it is too large for 72mmrim, and too small for 77mm rim. It was made for canon 55mm Wide angle lens, that has 74mm rim. 

Please make sure that you have correct lens, or it will not fit.
