Nature`s Answer Horsetail Herb is an alcohol-free, kosher extract that promotes healthy ligament and skin, offering 560mg per serving.

Nature`s Answer alcohol-free extracts are produced by removing the alcohol through a cold Bio-Chelated proprietary extraction process, yielding a Holistically Balanced standardised extract.

Holistically balanced guarantees that the constituents of the extract are in the same synergistic ratios as in the plant. Manufactured in Nature`s Answer`s FDA registered, cGMP certified and pharmaceutically licensed facility.

Delivery UK: 

Royal Mail 2nd Class - normally 2-5 working days, but not guaranteed. Royal Mail First Class 1-3 but not guaranteed If Other Couriers option: usually 2-5 days. We do not take responsibility for delays due to strikes and other weather conditions. By Royal Mail terms and condition the maximum time of delivery within UK is 14 days from posting, if that time passed, please contact us first before open a case.

Delivery International: 

Royal Mail International Tracked or Sign – normally 7 - 28 workings days, but not guaranteed. Other countries – you can check delivery times with. Be aware that strikes and weather condition causing delays. If you do not received parcel within 45 days from posting please contact us first.

If the item is not delivered within 12 working days from the date of dispatch (UK) or 33 working days (International). Please contact us via message service. 

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, local postal service or International Customs inspection. Your item will be shipped to your registered PayPal address. If you provide an incorrect delivery address and we are unable to deliver, then we may treat the order as a cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods deducting our shipping & posting costs. The Delivery charge will not be refunded, or with FREE shipping we will deduct our shipping and packing cost from product price. Also make sure that the product is legal in your country, otherwise packaging will be returned or destroyed by customs service in this situation you can lose money.

1 Item returned by courier due to a non-delivery (Customer not at home) = We will deduct out shipping cost (depends on price) plus packing £1.50

2 In the event that an item is returned by the courier as a non-delivery and the goods are still required the above charges shall be levied plus & reshipping costs and packing 

3 In the event that an item is returned to us by the courier as customer not collected from Local delivery office = We will deduct our shipping cost and packing from refund In these circumstances these charges would be levied from your original purchase cost at the point of refund.
