Item Description
- Comes complete with 10 feet cable, custom carrying case, Dual V-knurled drive rolls for consistent feeding and nozzle.
- 10 ft (3.0 m) torch cable: Gun connector offers fast connections to the welding machine.
- For all aluminum alloys: Recommended wire diameters can be fed with the same drive roll and liner assembly.
- Please check carefully and ensure that your machine model is exactly the same as our matching model. It only fits the following models: Lincoln Power MIG 210MP, Power MIG 140C, Power MIG 211i, Power MIG 215i, SP-140T and SP-180T.
- Full travel mechanical triggers: Excellent even through a welding glove.

Product Description
NOTE: It is a replacement for Lincoln PRO 100SG spool gun.
Before you buy, you need to confirm:
1. Which one of 12V/24V/42V is the motor voltage of your welding machine. (Our spool gun is only suitable for 24V)
2. Whether your welding machine is suitable for this spool gun. (make sure the model number is exactly as we wrote)
After you purchase, you need to pay attention to:
1. Adjust the welding machine to the "wire drawing" function when using it.
2. Confirm whether the switch of the spool gun is available (that is, after pressing the switch, whether the motor of the welding torch or the welding machine responds).
3. When you are testing, please help us to open the pressing rod, and then see if the motor will rotate. If the motor wire feed roller is stuck, it is possible that the pressure lever is tight.
Q1: What should be done when the wire drawing speed of the wire spool gun is incorrect or not work?
A1: Please change the welding machine mode first and then try it again.
Q2: If your welder is 210MP.
A2: 210MP welder will not run on the spoolgun electronic setting but works in the custom wire weld setting. You just have to set the heat and speed, and it works well.
