Black plastic horse head clothes / garment brush.
PLEASE NOTE that a little damage has occured to the chin of the horse and there is a chip in the plastic which has white showing through th black of the plastic. See photos for details.
There is a hanging hoolk and firm bristles.
A handsome brush.
