An 8 panel fold out with spaces for stamps on 6 of the panels. 5 panels are full of stamps and 1 panel has 1 stamp. and another panel which was used for the customer information has 20 stamps. If half of the folder has been complete the customer gets $1.00 in merchandise and for filling the entire folder the customer gets $2.00 in merchandise. Faflik carried John C Roberts, Air-Step,Red Goose, Jumping Jack and Cosyfoot Shoes. Faflik Shoes went out of business in the 1950's.
