If no one is available during delivery and the package gets returned to us, the buyer needs to pay the shipping cost (actual shipping cost for the package of the items with Free Shipping) for the package to be resent again. If the buyer decides to cancel the item, we will issue a refund for less shipping cost (actual shipping cost for the package of the items with Free Shipping).
