there are a few small chips in some of the figures , the tips of the crown on one of the wise men are broken off, i think the figures are made of some kind of plastic, not sure. the Manger is made of wooden type material

measures approximately 13-1/2 inches long 7 inches wide 9 inches tall figures measure between 1-1/2 inches and 4 inches tall
