Crest O Gold 22k Colonial Playe. Condition is Used. Plate is in perfect condition but has a "carved" inspription reading "To The Smiths, 1951".   Also the plate has a gold inscription under the picture that reads "Gouvenir of San Francisco Calif".  What does it mean?  That's up to you to figure out.
