Rare Ceramic MCM Ashtray with Mexican Coins 13.5 x 7.5  mostly green

This is a rare item, I spent over an hour searching images & couldn't find anything even close

I'm calling it handmade because at the very least the coins & glaze were applied by hand

Inlayed with 3 coins

2,  20 Centavo Coins dated 1944

1,    5 Centavo Coin  dated  1946

Coins are all circulated, & look good

A few small chips in the glaze (see pictures)

Has no stamp, makers mark, or any indication of where or who manufactured it
