Model GP 552  Serial # 014038  Made early1960’s, quite rare as have not seen one come up for sale that works. Most sold for parts as in “not tested”  This one works well as new, speakers not blown, tuner control accurate.  Unique design it has battery meter for battery voltage visible on the front.  Case has some scratches and nicks commensurate for it’s age and use.   Hard plastic case and knobs, but not Baklite or Cataline plastic.  Case measures 6 1/2” (165 mm) long, 1 ½ “ (40mm deep) and 4” (40 mm) high.  Leather carrying case is like new, no abrasions, rips, or stains.   Very collectible or just nice to have a genuine 1960’s transistor radio that is not a retro knock off.
