You are purchasing a prayer card of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal.  This is a laminated card that comes from the Abrosiana collection. The picture doesn't reflect how nice it really is. It has a gold border around the outside of the image of Our Lady. 

It measures approximately: 4.25" x 2.50".
