Figurine Pregnant Woman 6.25 1990

This is a beautiful figurine stand 6.25 inches tall its a pregnant woman in a blue dress with patches. On the back it does have a signature. It says J. P. 90 theres also a number 1189. I do not have a box or no any more information on the piece.
