In a goldtone metal, this is a Vintage PORCELAIN PAINTED PINK ROSE PIN!
The pin is oval in shape and the goldtone metal frame holds the off white insert which is either porcelain or glass. On this piece there is the design of a Pink Rose Bud with leaves and the stem.
There are small dots on the image that are hand painted for added accent!
