This is a vintage Barbie doll Skipper #1912 dress from the Cookie Time collection. The dress features blue, white, and red buttons that add a touch of elegance to the overall design. It is an original Mattel product from the 1960s, manufactured in Japan, and is perfect for collectors of vintage Barbie doll clothes. The dress set includes the dress and is an excellent addition to any Barbie doll collection.  The white part of the dress does have some yellowing.  Otherwise, very nice!
