This is a copy of Spider-Man #2 released by The Marvel Comics Group in Sep., 1990.  It is in at least Very Fine/Near Mint condition but I'll leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  It has been kept it in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
