There is a repair to his head where it's been glued back on. Very hard to see from the front of the lamp, more noticeable in the back. Light crazing. No other chips or cracks. Light water residue on the edge of the planter. The vellum insert has been replaced and is only glued in on the bottom edge with elmers glue - so it would be easy to remove or replace with a different color if desired.
