Hummingbird Crystal Glass Clock Wall Decor Crystal Clear Signature Japan Vintage.  Condition is pre-owned and vintage 1980s.  No chips or cracks.  There is a rub mark on one beak, hard to see.  Measures about 8" x 10".  Can be made into a photo frame easily.  WORKS GREAT!  Please see video link below .
