The LEGO NINJAGO Masters Of Spinjitzu Street Race of Snake Jaguar set, model number 70639, was released in 2018 and includes black bike with mini figure. Bike is in excellent condition with some shelf wear/dust from display. Bike is near complete and includes mini figure but it isn’t the set original.
