TRADE BUYERS:  We offer wholesale prices on wholesale quantities - kindly contact us for details.

DISPATCH:  We endeavour to ship orders the same day where possible.

DISCOUNT:  We will give discount on postage on multiple purchases from our shop.

SHIPPING:  We will arrange to ship your purchase(s) with reliable carriers to deliver your package to your door.  We ship internationally but please check local rules and restrictions as you may be required to pay additional taxes and duty.  We take no responsibility for the non-delivery of orders due to local import regulations. 

UK RETURNS:  We offer a 30 day return policy on genuinely faulty items and we will refund the return postage.  If you have ordered the wrong item or have changed your mind we offer a 30 day no-quibble refund or exchange option however in these situations we do not cover the return postage. Please contact us in advance before returning any items.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:  Unfortunately, due to shipping costs, we are unable to accept returns on sales outside the UK.
