This is a Homestead Creamery Burnt Chimney VA Milk Jug Bottle 1/2 Gallon 64 Fl. Oz.

This bottle is used.  It has the cap and plastic carrying handle.  There are a couple of bubbles in the glass.  There are no cracks or breaks that I can see.  Please see photos.
