She is in a box but not her original box.  Markings on bottom:  Midge 1962 - Barbie 1958 - By Mattel Inc. - Patented.  Since it says, Patented, from what I researched this particular doll was produced in 1964/1965.  She has blond hair , no bangs, hair is side swept.  Straight non-bending legs, painted facial features.  Red Helenca swimsuit as the 1962 bubble-cut.
