One size fits all toddlers swim/sun hat from Coolibar. Bought for my nephew, but it didn’t fit and cannot return it. Hat has a wide brim with an adjustable Velcro strap to keep it attached to the child’s head. It says one size fits all but pretty sure this is intended for toddlers. 

Hat is new with tags.
