Good condition with age related wear/stains, creased last page as shown in photo.  Includes dust jacket and case which show wear, stains, small tears and chips.

Also included is a glass show pamphlet from 1977 which is autographed by Leonard Padgett author of "Pairpoint" and " American Cut Glass of the Brilliant Period"
