marquetry work.
I remember this hanging on the wall as a small child...certainly one of my parents brought this over with them from "the old country", which would make them easily over 100 years old!
This bowl features a boy eating a roll (?) and feeding the crumbs to the ducks.
Measures approx. 7" diameter, 1oe" deep.
There is a hole with a nail for hanging.
The back has numbers & letters, but I cant quite make it out.
In very good condition, has wear consistent with its age.
(I'm also listing a similar bowl...a couple out for a stroll...and am happy to give a shipping discount.)
