This charming 1930s brown semi-cloche hat is a lovely piece in excellent structural condition. The only flaw is that the hatband is currently broken, but it still holds so much character from the era of WW2. It could be carefully repaired or removed altogether. It has a self-material "feather" at the front for extra charm. It can fit like a cloche on a smaller head( 21" or less), but anything larger will still sit well with a pin to hold it in place.
