Held at the Hotel Intercontinental In Chicago Illinois in 1994 The Names of the Honorees, all Alumni of Le Francois are on the back cover. Includes many very well known Chefs. Each of the dishes on the menu were prepared by a team of the Alumni Chefs. Measures about 7" x 12 1/2" when closed. An Image of Chef Jen Blanchet appears on the front cover in Gold.
