From Safari Ltd 2010, this is "Fire Dragon", a 3 headed mythical Chinese dragon figure toy.
Toy stands approximately 4.5 inches tall, 8.5 long and 4.5 wide to the end of the "fire". Great piece for a fantasy collector or to dragon fan.
