Victorian Ladies Boots Lace-Up Green Geo George E Wild Toledo Ohio John Kelly

This is an amazing pair of ladies boots from the late Victorian era. They are in near-mint, amazing condition for their age! They appear to only have been worn a couple times.

High-top style.

Olive green leather and brown-ish / gray canvas materials.

Lace-up the front. The laces are a tan-brown color. No aglets, but the ends of the laces are glued or stitched, making them firm enough to easily thread through the holes.

Stamped inside the left boot, near the top:
Geo. E. Wild & Co
Toledo, Ohio

Printed on the interior of each boot are the numbers 2501 and 50220.

Impressed on the bottom soles:
John Kelly
JK
Rochester, NY

Also scratched on the bottom of each sole: 8/914

There are some toe scuffs, and minor wear on the bottom soles.

These boots measure approximately 10-1/8" from heel to toe, measured on the outside by setting the boot on a tape measure. The ball of the foot is approximately 2-7/8", measured the same way. The heel is approximately 2" high. To the top of the boot, these measure approximately 9.5" tall.

I am selling these for a museum in Tombstone, AZ that has recently closed. I'll be liquidating dozens of items per month until the project is complete.

Pre-owned, antique.  There are some toe scuffs, and minor wear on the bottom soles.  The laces have some discoloration.
