This Kohler 73054-7-CP composed tower single handle faucet cylinder polished chrome faucet is an open box item. It does appear to have all items except for the long pull rod bar.  The chrome has a few small scuff marks as shown from movement inside box and needs to be polished. It comes in the original box but the box has been torn and written on as shown. You get the actual item pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchasing
