Laptops boot to BIOS and key functions tested working. .
Laptops are preowned and may have scuffs/scratches, dents/dings, and light wear. While these laptops are in good condition they do have some wear & tear that includes some scuffed corners and some paint peeling or rubbing off the back side. The touch pads have some wear also. There is one laptop that has a damaged corner and broken ethernet hinge cover. *PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS*
Power adapters are included.

- COMPATIBILITY is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer. Please verify compatibility before bidding/buying.
- sale does NOT include any items/accessories which are not listed or shown in photos.
- File photos are used to represent items being sold in the auction (unless indicated otherwise). Actual items may have slight differences from photos.
- We do not provide technical support for setup, installation, programming or any other related issues.
PAYMENT
- Payment is expected within 3 days after auction end date.
- PayPal payments are processed immediately (during business hours).
- We process credit card payments through or by using PayPal.
SHIPPING
- WE SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other country or territory.
- We ship via UPS. If your item is less than $40 and weighs less than 2 lbs. we may choose to ship via United States Postal Service at our discretion.
- Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.

LOCAL PICKUP:
- If you plan to pick up your item from our warehouse, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready when you arrive.
- Any item that is picked up from our facility will be charged 6% sales tax. Internet purchases are not exempt from sales tax and shipped items will be charged sales tax according to buyer's location.

WARRANTY & RETURNS
- We strive to have 100% satisfaction. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to try to resolve any issue.
- Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt of item to notify us of any problems.
- Buyers' lack of knowledge or software, drivers or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue.
- Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item.
- Item must be returned at buyer's expense. ** Unless MCBIA has made a shipping error, return shipping arranged by buyer will not be reimbursed.
- Item must be packed in original shipping materials.
- Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3)
business days of receiving.
- If item is found to be faulty: At our discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued.
- If item is found to be in advertised condition: Buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
- If item has been damaged in transit, buyer should contact us via email or phone to file a UPS damage claim. PLEASE DO NOT file an return for transit damaged items.
