Tell Manufacturing Plain Bearing Hinges, 4.5x4.5 Inch Commercial Full Mortise

This 3 pack includes plan bearing hinges that have standard weight hinges meant to be used on doors weighing up to 60 pounds. These door hinges can be used on doors inside buildings like apartment doors, office doors, hallway doors, bathroom doors and doors in heavy traffic areas. These standard duty hinges are made of steel with a USP prime coat finish. They can be used on steel doors or wood doors and includes eight wood #12 screws and eight metal screws for each hinge and any type of installation. These 4 and a half by four and half square hinges for doors have a templated screw pattern that meets ANSI A156.1 and ANSI A156.17 and fits most commercial door preps. These heavy hinges can be used for left or right swinging doors and are full mortise. Ball bearing hinges with a removable pin should be used on interior doors that weigh up to 80 pounds. Ball bearing hinges without a removable pin are more secure and can be used on exterior doors like a front door, back door, or garage door that weighs up to 150 pounds. Spring hinges should be used where a door requires a fire rating. Pair these commercial hinges with Tell’s door closers or exit devices. They also offer cylindrical or tubular door hardware and entryway door locks. All Tell levers are ADA compliant designed in a manner that is easily operated. Door hardware includes double cylinder deadbolts and single cylinder deadbolts, levers, and knobs. Levers and knobs are offered in multiple functions including keyed, passage, privacy, and storeroom.
